The first day is dedicated to pre-scheduled live meetings between international buying companies and Western Balkan’s suppliers.

  • Minimum of five hours of structured B2B meetings
  • Meetings largely pre-arranged via the platform
  • Additional room for spontaneous discussions and follow-up conversations

The focus is on quality interactions, decision-making authority and concrete sourcing demand.

Day 2 – Organization of Supplier On-Site Visits in Serbia

Based on the outcomes of Day 1 discussions, selected supplier visits are organized across Serbia.

These visits allow buying companies to:

  • Assess production capabilities
  • Review operational standards
  • Deepen commercial discussions on-site
